Fall and Winter Hours of operation for dining starting December 1
The Restaurant is open with the lunch menu on Monday-Friday starting at 11 a.m. through evening service. We have the lunch menu served all day on Monday but if you're looking for something more, just ask. Saturdays, the dining rooms are open for dinner only. The Bunker is now open on Thursdays and Fridays at 2 p.m. as well as Saturday mornings at 10:30 a.m. through lunch. The Sports Center Bar will be open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Crab and Scallop Stuffed Sole Fillets
Sherry-lobster cream sauce, wild rice pilaf, green beans and sun-dried tomatoes.
Chicken Havarti
Pan-fried breaded chicken breast, melted Havarti cheese, roasted mushrooms and asparagus, Madeira demi and your choice of a side dish.
Weekly Desserts:
Pecan Pie
An American classic of rich caramel and pecan-filling baked in a buttery crust. Finished with fresh whipped Chantilly cream.

Gingerbread Torte
A spiced sponge cake layered with a sweet and fluffy vanilla filling. Dusted with powdered sugar and finished with Chantilly cream.
